Mount Hagen's spelt coffee is made from 100% German spelt. The wheat was grown under the strict Demeter standards.
It was then very gently roasted. The spelt coffee is very fine and mild. The taste is nutty and harmonious. Since the spelt coffee naturally contains no caffeine, it is also suitable for children.
